Custom Orders
Custom orders are welcomed for headstalls, bags, chaps and custom items. To begin a custom order simply contact me with your ideas, so then we can chat about how we will make it a reality. After we get all the details worked out a 50% deposit of the quoted amount will be paid to begin the order. Once the item is complete the remaining due and shipping will be required before the item is released. Any incomplete payment on a custom order after 15 days from completion will relinquish your right to your deposit and the item will be posted 'for sale' to the public.

FAQ's:
What is the best way to get in touch? Up to you! Generally, we will be sending pictures back and forth to choose details for your order, so email, instagram, facebook, tiktok are all feasible options. Sometimes social medias will hide a new message so trying another contact type is a good measure if you haven't heard from me in 1-3 days.
When will my item be finished? My typical timeframe is 4-6 weeks from time of deposit, which is communicated during the order process. These lead times may vary with what is being built, materials/hardware required, and other orders ahead of yours.
How much will shipping cost? I offer a hidden discount where $150 in your cart gets you free shipping (USA), so if 1/2 of your order is at least that then it's on me. Otherwise, shipping will be at most around $16 to the continental United States.
How do I care for my leather? It depends what was made for you and what types of leather were incorporated into your item. Generally, white saddle soap and light conditioner is the recommendation. If it's an item you touch a lot then your body oils may be enough to keep it supple and conditioned. If your horse is sweating dirt on it then you need to clean, let dry before oiling or conditioning to keep it in good shape. Never let your leather get super dry, as that promotes cracking in the leather. Use your best judgement or send me a message!
